Pier Pass Increase

Beginning August 1, 2019 the Traffic Mitigation Fee (TMF) also known as Pier Pass will increase 1.9%. The increase matches the increase in longshore wages and assessment rates which will take place beginning tomorrow. The new rate for a 20 footer will be $32.12 while the rate for a 40 will be $64.24.

Heavy Cargo Restrictions
